Thrive Tulsa is a deep dive into individual leadership development.
Thrive Tulsa brings together Tulsa leaders to collaborate on community impact projects and develop the skills to mobilize people toward addressing complex community challenges. Thrive uses an experiential approach to leadership development through leadership days, issue days, rigorous skills training, and individual and group project work assignments.
For 2024, Thrive Tulsa Class 7 will dive into the different issues that affect our community, learn tools on how to effectively make progress towards addressing the issue, and develop a project that aligns with the issue you initially brought to the cohort.
While participating is a commitment, Thrive Tulsa provides participants with many long-lasting benefits:
- Rich opportunities for self-reflection and increased leadership development;
- Practices and resources to develop essential community knowledge;
- Networking opportunities and integration into the larger education community within and outside the class’s sector focus.
The application deadline is Friday, May 23. Program tuition is $600 and scholarships are available.
